CHLORELLA (Micro Algae)

Not only is Microalgae (Chlorella and Spirulina) a potent source of greens, protein, vitamins and minerals, it can also strengthen the immune system, help cleanse the body of toxins and boost your energy. There really are so many reasons to take Chlorella daily, including detox, immune support, and better athletic performance. It's  impressive nutritional profile really packs a punch - It’s high chlorophyll content helps with detoxifying your body by drawing out toxins and heavy metals. Chlorella is 50–60% protein. What’s more, it’s a complete protein source, meaning it contains all nine essential amino acids. Chlorella is a great source of iron and Is also an excellent source of vitamin C and B12 and is high in antioxidants. Chlorella also contains magnesium, zinc, copper, potassium, calcium, folic acid and Omega 3.

Tumeric has been used inthe ancient Indian medical system Ayurveda for thousands of years where it is used as a medicinal herb. Recently, science has started to back up traditional claims that turmeric contains compounds with medicinal properties. These compounds are called curcuminoids. The most important one is curcumin. Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is anti-microbal, anti-viral and is a very strong antioxidant which is incredibly powerful in the body to help prevent inflammation in the brain and body, aiding a host of conditions, from diabetes to joint pain, memory and skin issues.  

DANDELION (Taraxacum officinale)

The polysaccharides in dandelion are known to reduce stress on the liver and support its ability to produce bile. They also help your liver filter potentially harmful chemicals out of your food.
